[Canon Character's Full Name:]
Suigetsu. Well, possibly 'Hozuki Suigetsu', but the phrasing left room for speculation.
-------------------
[Question #1: How do you see the character and what do you think of it?]
I see Suigetsu as a very confident guy, extremely vocal about his opinions. He seems to prefer the direct approach to things, and to hate being delayed with deviations from the subject. If he's got something in mind, he'll go about it and won't try to hide around too much. He also seems to appreciate sarcasm and likes trading jabs with others. But preferably Karin, because he seems to enjoy how easily annoyed she is.
In contradiction with the straightforward manner of his actions seems to be the pattern of his motives and goals, which are very vaguely disclosed. He allows people to think whatever they like about him, but the truth of what he is truly doing or going after remains unknown this far. But it does seem like he has his own schedule to follow, as he himself states. Only the nature and details of that are untold.
Mostly, he is cheerful and always has a strange smile to face everything with, but he can get nasty, too, often when underestimated. Obviously, as both seen in person and stated by Kisame, he enjoys killing, but he is not uncontrollably blood-frenzied. He also has a well developed sense of individuality and doesn't look kindly at being given orders, even if he is going to accept them. If he's not pleased with how things turned out, he will still do what he likes.
He has also shown signs of inconstancy, or at least contrary reactions to similar things. Beyond that, he remains quite secretive and little is known about him.
So in the end, I'd say he is dual (two-faced), to an extent. But I don't think he's the guy who would lie, but more likely the kind who will only say as much of the truth as it suits him and let everyone else make the assumptions.

[Question #2: Why do you think you can play this character properly?]
No real idea. But I've been described as "crazy enough to do it right". Also, I've played him before and people seemed to be thinking I did it properly. To be honest, I quite enjoy it, too. He's a very carefree and uninhibited type of character, and it's been very interesting to play around with him this far.

Suigetsu pushed himself up from the ground, dusting the back of his pants with a lazy hand and stretching the other a little. He was aware that somebody else had just landed on the roof as he was busy clearing out the confusion with Sasuke. The person was probably going to show itself soon. He heard a move, there it should b... Karin! What the heck was she doing here?
Suigetsu listened to her yapping about how she was not going to be left out, and his question was answered. So she had just followed Sasuke because she didn't want to be out of the loop (or more likely because she wanted to be with Sasuke all the time). Well, whatever they were doing here, she was out of luck. Sasuke hadn't even told Suigetsu yet. But it figured that the stupid b*itch wasn't going to think about the side effects of that timely arrival she had made.
He just smiled blandly when she glared at him, and he walked closer to the two of them, pulling his zanbato with him. He strapped it to his back again while he moved. Man, the darn thing was heavy on his back, but it sure was useful. It had been the first thing Suigetsu wanted to go for upon being released from Orochimaru.
"We were just talking about how stupid you are," he remarked to Karin, always with that wickedly sweet smile on his lips.
He always thought that annoyed her more than the words themselves. Couldn't blame her, really, it was bad enough to be insulted, and even worse when it was done so cheerfully. Still, as much as he loved to tease the girl, they could be in serious trouble. She probably didn't even realize what she had done yet. He needed to bring their attention to that before it was too late... and preferably before Karin began to pummel him, like usual.
"You have to be, to leave Juugo alone," he continued to note out in clear words. "What if he freaks out again, huh?" He turned to the Uchiha. "Sasuke?"
