Full Name: Mitarashi Anko.
Question #1: How do you see the character and what do you think of it?
I see this character as fairly tomboyish with an underlying emotion of anger. Though she’s easygoing, she is also strict and has determination. She can be sarcastic when she wants to be. She strikes me as being a little brainless at times. Plus a little dramatic. All these combined makes for an interesting character.
Question #2: Why do you think you can play this character properly?
I can’t say she has a unique personality, because she doesn’t. I merely think that I might possibly be able to play her properly because she has traits that I tend to use in other characters, and she is the type of character that I wind up wandering over to play.
RolePlay sample:
After thirty minutes, Shiori found herself walking down the hall, counting and measuring her barefooted steps until she was standing in the doorway leading to the kitchen, watching absentmindedly as Mitsu prepared dinner. By leaning against the doorframe, Shiori could watch the never interrupted motion of the knife as her mother diced the vegetables for the soup. The adolescent always watched this with awe, envying Mitsu’s ability to handle a knife with such grace and precision. At home, Shiori was never allowed to handle knives, scissors, or anything sharp for that matter. Mitsu had insisted on rounding out the corners of everything and ridding the house of glassware. She even went so far as asking Shiori to place pillows on the floor, lest the girl should fall out of bed.
Which she hadn’t done in ages.
Shiori felt the corners of her mouth twisting upwards at the memory of her mother spreading pillows and blankets everywhere and padding corners or walls and tables. Mitsu's plan failed shortly afterwards when she realized that the towels and washcloths just gave Shiori more surface area to bump into.
