Regarding the Political Aspects of the World

This may be rather silly, but I wanted to ask a question regarding the politics of the Narutoverse. Mainly, the idea behind the question is this: Will village alliances, or the ranking of certain villages ever be affected by the actions of characters?

So, for example: Takigakure is considered to be a minor village. However, should it, in the course of missions that those residing it undertake, ever rise in the ranks, perhaps becoming a world power?

And, in regards to the second part of the question: Currently, Sunagakure and Konohagakure are allied. However, should actions be taken by one side or the other violate this alliance, would alliances shift? (However, this strikes me as extremely unlikely, so I'll try for a more likely example)

Let's say that the Mizukage decides to take steps towards an alliance with Konohagakure, would this affect the balance of power in the world?

Finally, does any possible of another large-scale war between the villages exist?

Well... if you guys want to create that kind of thing, it might actually happen. But here's what the idea of this site was.

Naruto has many time lapses. That means days and days in which basically anything could have been happening.

I made this site precisely because I was sick of all the 'next generation' sites, or of those 'five years later' time skips and the likes. Because I'm a canon nazi and those were bothering me, I decided to make a site to role-play strictly things that had been happening during the Shippuuden time lapses. To demonstrate that RP can be fun without completely destroying the canon of Naruto.

So, you see... the canons are role-playing in such a way that the general course of what they were doing in the manga remains the same. As long as your plot does not move something of the kind and change what the canons were doing, you are free to create any kind of plot you want. That was my only condition.
